This page explains what happens when you sign up for the StreamTrace waitlist.
1. What Data We Collect
We collect very little information:
- Email Address: Collected only when you voluntarily type it into the signup box
and click "Join".
- Website Analytics: We use Umami (a privacy-focused tool) to see
how many people visit our site. This data is anonymous, does not track you across other sites,
and does not use cookies.
2. How We Use Your Email
We use your email for one purpose only:
- To send you updates about StreamTrace (e.g., "Beta is ready," "We have launched").
- To invite you to test the software.
We will NOT: Sell your email, share it with advertisers, or spam you with unrelated offers.
3. Who Sees Your Data (Service Providers)
To operate this website, we use trusted infrastructure providers:
- Email Service Provider: MailerSend
(Used strictly to send the confirmation emails).
- Hosting: Cloudflare
4. Your Rights (GDPR)
Since we are based in Bulgaria (EU), you have full GDPR rights. You can ask us to:
- Unsubscribe: Every email we send will have an unsubscribe link.
- Delete your data: Email us at info@streamtrace.io and we will permanently delete your email from our list.
