This page explains what happens when you request Stream Trace beta access.
1. What Data We Collect
We collect very little information:
- Email address: Collected when you enter it in the beta-access form and
submit your request.
- Website Analytics: We use Umami (a privacy-focused tool) to see
how many people visit our site. This data is anonymous, does not track you across other sites,
and does not use cookies.
- Anti-abuse signals: Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical signals
needed to distinguish people from automated submissions. We do not use those signals
for advertising.
2. How We Use Your Email
We use your email to:
- Confirm your beta-access request.
- Invite you to evaluate Stream Trace.
- Send relevant beta and product updates you consented to receive.
We will NOT: Sell your email, share it with advertisers, or spam you with unrelated offers.
3. Who Sees Your Data (Service Providers)
To operate this website, we use trusted infrastructure providers:
- Email Service Provider: MailerSend
(Used to send confirmation, beta-access, and product-update emails).
- Hosting and anti-abuse: Cloudflare
- Website analytics: Umami
4. Your Rights (GDPR)
Since we are based in Bulgaria (EU), you have full GDPR rights. You can ask us to:
- Unsubscribe: Every email we send will have an unsubscribe link.
- Delete your data: Email us at info@streamtrace.io and we will permanently delete your email from our list.
